Something a little different.

With spring here I've been snapping a little around the gardens to add some color to my pictures after a long winter. Some pink geraniums and sorbet colored voilas adds splashes of color.

And trying something different for portraits - I visited a lake a few weeks ago and watching the kids try to skip rocks on the surface I noticed they got nicely silhouetted by the glare on the water and ended up with these portraits of them.

Next up - portraits!

Sports Models!

Spring portraits are here and I'd love a chance to practice some sport portraits!

If you or your child is involved in a spring sport and would like some free prints in exchange for me to do some test shots, then give me a call or send me an email!

I'll offer you a choice of:

5x7 mounted in folio as seen above + 8 wallets.

OR

8x10 Memory Mate - personalized with your child's info (team, number, coach, etc).

Any sport goes and I'm flexible with dates and times.

Also worth mentioning, if you have several kids, I'll be happy to take portraits of each of them, you'll receive the above choices for EACH of the kids.

Portrait samples will be used in my portfolio.

I've changed the pricing in my services for 2010 - the new prices are effective as of March 1st, 2010.

• New lower session fees for all portrait sessions (including seniors).
• Brides will be happy to know I've restructured my wedding packages to offer bound albums with all my packages as of 2010. You also have the option of adding a CD collection if you wish to print your own images.

A Scout's Salute!

This year marks the 100yr anniversary of scouting.

Everyone involved in scouting are busy celebrating the 100 yr anniversary in a big way.

To get a memento of this year one pack let me take portraits of their scouts for the 3rd year in a row, its always a pleasure doing these uniformed portraits.

Spring Portraits!

Its almost time for spring and I'm looking forward to it!

I invested in a new spring background which I took some test shots of today.

I'm excited, it looks cute and works with both boys and girls.

Here's with the bunny prop.

And with the baby ducklings - the pilar will be exchanged for a "log" once I get it in.
