Baseball Proofs

Again, a couple of people took me up on the sports practice shoots - this time it was Baseball & Soccer.
I wanted posed environmental shots - similar to what the schools are doing but on location.

Couples Portraits

This lovely couple wanted some new portraits for their families.
I was happy to photograph them. We did some standard couple poses and customized a coffee table book.

Happy Birthday Portraits!

These numbers are getting to be popular props - got to snap some birthday pictures of this happy 5 year old.
Cute and sassy.  And we added some early 3 year portraits of her younger brother as well. Kids this age are on the go so, not so many sit down and smile type shots, which is fine - these add so much more character when the kids are happy and loose.

More pet portraits

I shot some pet portraits of dogs the other day.
Pet portraits are a little interesting, you never know how the dogs will react - I did have two characters though.
The one dog (the golden) was very social and wanted to be in every shot, weather or not he was the subject. Then you had the other one (the lab) who refused to look, despite you calling her name. LOL
It was interesting to say the least...I do like these shots I got of them though.

Full Moon in town!

Came home via Charleston the other night and looking in the rear view mirror we saw this beautiful full moon rising, so we took a detour by the capitol (like many others I noticed).
I spent 20mins trying to find the right angle to get both the dome and the moon in the best view....definitely worth a revisit!   Ain't it pretty?
